This Comercial grade Competition Adjustable weights bench is a heavy-duty weight bench designed for Strength Training. It features 6 backrest positions ranging from -15 degrees to 90 degrees upright, in 15 degree increments,
Also a  4  seat positions ranging from -15 degrees to 45 degrees 
 
Depending on what exercise you are doing, the bench can be quickly and easily adjusted to be inclined, completely flat or somewhere in-between.
 
The bench offers a 50mm thick upholstery,  offering a secure and comfortable seating or lying position. This durable base is perfect for all movements and positions,
whether it's hip thrusters, bent over rows, bench presses or seated dumbbell presses. Its lower height and wide base offer a robust and solid ground
 
The Adjustable Bench features a 70mm x 50mm mild steel frame, 
This bench can be easily moved using the foam coated handle at the front, and the heavy duty wheels at the back. Having the handle at the front of the bench ensures it is easily rolled in and out of any rigs or racks in your facility.
The rear wheels are rated to over 300kg and use a soft plastic rim, perfect for ensuring no marks or damage to your facilities floor.
 
The bench is also tested to over 600kg
